“Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus,” (Phil. 4:6-7).

We are a group within the fellowship who care about prayer. Jesus in his time cared too; he prayed on many regular occasions and made his needs known to God. We in our time pray to God through Christ Jesus on behalf of the congregation and for individuals who would seek help in prayer.

Prayers are made up on a Sunday evening and sent out to the first link in the chain on Monday morning. Thereafter they are sent to each member of the chain until it returns to the originator. The links are strong and we are always looking for those who can give up a few minutes of time each week to carry out this important task.

If you have a prayer request why not make a phone call to 01506 460631 where your prayer will be passed on to the next in line of the prayer chain and thus prayed by everyone in the chain. You can also email  robebbins@blueyonder.co.uk

The Village Kirk contact is Alison White and at St. Andrew’s is Rob Ebbins. Every prayer is important.
